Look, we get it; you change your mind halfway through your build, understandable. That’s why we offer 100% store credit on all eligible products, up to 60-days from the delivery date. We're happy to help, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you taken care of.
All returns must be within 30 days and are subject to a restocking fee. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by emailing email@example.com. All return shipments must be prepaid. We do not offer refunds on shipping. All returned items must be in as-new, re-sellable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. Apparel must not be worn or washed and tags must not be removed. Please note that certain items are non-returnable or refundable.
So you don't want that new stage-3 turbo kit anymore? If the eligible product has not shipped, the order can be canceled. All unshipped AZ Euros orders can be canceled so long as they are not a special order, custom, or drop-ship orders. We get it; you don't like to wait for your new parts. That’s why we do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.
Refunds are subject to approval. Once approved, they will be made via (credit card refund, check, etc) and will be made within 14 calendar days of approval. Store credit requests, once approved, will be issued within 7 calendar days.
